CORONAVIRUS REFUNDS

Please note that in addition to the terms and conditions below, we will process full refunds for camps or events held at Trill on the Hill for cancellations made up to the day of the visit, if you are cancelling due to positive test results or symptoms of covid-19 in yourself or members of your social bubble. We do not want anybody to risk bringing covid-19 onto the site because they are worried about losing money.

 

EVENTS

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective from the date of receiving written notification.

If cancellation is made more than a month before the start date of the event, then we are happy to offer a full refund, or transfer your balance to another event within 12 months. 

If cancellation is made less than one month prior to the start of the event, then we will do our best to re-fill your place. If we can, then your balance may be transferred to another event within 12 months.

If cancellation is made within two weeks of the start of a course then we are unable to offer a refund or balance transfer, but you are welcome to give you place to a friend to enjoy.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel an event or change an event leader in the event of illness or for any other reason. We will refund or transfer any deposits or balances paid. The decision to cancel will normally be taken no less than one week prior to the course start date.

PAYMENT


We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we dispatch the goods. You can pay online using a debit or credit card or Apple Pay, or by bank transfer by prior arrangement.

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible but please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri).

SECURITY


We don't store bank card or account numbers.

DELIVERY OF GOODS


We aim for you to receive your order within seven days, subject to seasonal variation. Please specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

RETURNS

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods, please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement. We ask that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods.

REFUND POLICY

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods you will receive a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging, if returned within 28 days of the date of the order to: [Lara’s address?]. You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the original purchase. Please send with a proof of purchase (in the instance where you have no receipt, the company will be happy to offer an exchange) again to the above address. This does not affect your statutory rights.
